Falcon Securities is a stockbroker Authorised and Regulated by the Financial Services Authority and is a member of both the London Stock Exchange and Ofex. Falcon has two principle areas of activity; corporate advisory and stockbroking services to private individuals and expert investors.
The Corporate Broking service is offered to companies Listed on the AIM and Ofex markets. Services include acting as Broker in IPOs and assisting in the raising of new working capital. In 2005 Falcon raised over £3.5m on behalf of corporate clients including a successful fully underwritten share placing.
Stockbroking services are provided to private individuals and professional investors. Falcon offers a range of services from basic execution through to advisory portfolio management within standard as well as ISA and PEP accounts. All types of securities are covered including dealing in markets outside the UK. The underlying securities can be held through either a nominee and safe custody facility or in the clients own name. Additionally Falcon partners a number of selected financial organizations to offer dealing services in other financial instruments such as CFDs and Spread Bets. Each client has an Account Executive qualified to provide advice appropriate to individual circumstances and requirements while additionally, Falcon's clients can obtain secure, real time information on their account through the company's web site.
